After sharing your insurance information, you can reserve your spot for your initial appointment. Spots fill up quickly, so securing your time now is important. If insurance coverage is later denied, you can cancel the appointment at no cost.
3. Confirm Your Insurance Coverage
I’ll confirm your coverage and let you know exactly what’s covered and how many sessions are available through your plan.
4. Appointment to Discuss Your Needs
Once coverage is confirmed, we’ll meet to review your goals, health history, lifestyle, and challenges. This ensures we understand your unique needs before creating your personalized plan.
5. Receive Your Personalized Plan
I’ll deliver a tailored nutrition roadmap designed specifically for you — one that fits your lifestyle, health needs, and preferences.
6. Begin Your Journey
With your plan in hand, you’ll start making changes with the guidance of your dietitian. Ongoing check-ins will help track your progress, celebrate successes, and adjust your plan as needed.
7. Stay Consistent & Thrive
We’ll support you with continued accountability, motivation, and expert guidance so you can maintain healthy habits and enjoy lasting results.

Add Personal Training (Optional)
Work 1:1 with a Certified Personal Trainer to design customized workouts that align with your nutrition plan and goals. This includes:
